Should Dramas Like Ishq E Memnu Be Allowed In Islamic Societies?

These days a Pakistani TV Channel Urdu 1 is telecasting a Turkish Drama Serial Ishq E Memnu with Urdu dubbing which is getting a very high TRP in Pakistan.

People specially Young girls are getting mad for this drama serial. Sadly the story of this drama is really dirty. in this Drama a boy is shown having affair with wife of his paternal uncle and same boy is also getting married to daughter of his ucnle. the women in drama also wear very bold dresses.

The Drama is presented in such a attractive way that masses are watching it. but the question arises here is that does such Dramas be allowed in Islamic societies that are making pure relations dirty?

Can we imagine such story in a Pakistani drama serial? Where we less destroyed by Indian dramas that now such dirty Western dramas are also getting telecasted on our TV channels?

Now the same Channel Urdu 1 is bringing a new drama in which two men are shown having affair with wives of each other.  Supreme Court of Pakistan should order Pemra to block all such dramas Immediately otherwise our destroyed society will get more destruction.

Whatever we will show to our daughters they will do the same in future.

Salah Or Namaz is most important worship in Islam and In Islam it is necessary to offer Salah five times a day regularly.

Can a Muslim Wish Merry Christmas?

There are different type of Festivals and events in different religions and societies like In Islam there is Eid Ul Adha and Eid Ul Fitr similarly people of different religions celebrates different festivals.

If you want to wish or celebrate a festival you will have to see whether it is within the guidelines of Islam or not??? for example most of festivals of other religions contains shirk. Celebrating or wishing any such festival will be Haram.

This post was specially about wishing Merry Christmas which is a Christian festival celebrated every year on 25th December. If we see the details of Christmas it comes in direct conflict with Islamic Beliefs. When you say Marry Christmas you are actually accepting that Jesus Is begotten son of God Nauzubillah.

So wishing or celebrating Christmas is totally Haram from Islamic point of view. Moreover there is no proof in history that Jesus was born on 25th of December.

We should remember this saying of Rasool Allah SAW that "He does not belong to us who imitates other people."

Jesus Peace Be Upon him was one of the greatest Prophet of God and it is must for every Muslim to believe in him to be a Muslim. But to call him begotten son of God is totally Haram and Shirk.

However We can participate in those festivals of Non-Muslims that not goes against the Islam.

Is Wudu Necessary For Touching The Quran?

Holy Quran is the most Important Book of Islam that was sent by Allah SWT towards Prophet Muhammad SAW so that he spread its message to whole mankind.

Our Creator Allah SWT says about the Quran that "this is indeed a Qur'an, most honorable" in Surah Waqiah.  This verse makes it clear that Quran is very honorable book and should be respected. Now coming towards the question that is it necessary to do Wudu before touching the Quran.

Well its preferable and better to be in Wudu before touching and reading the Quran but it is not must. nowhere in the Quran or Hadith it is said that Wudu is necessary for touching the Quran. In Islam Wudu is necessary for two things only. one for reading the Salah Prayer and second when you are near Kaaba.

Many of us Muslims respect Quran so much that we keep it on high place in a good cloth and don't do our back towards Quran.  We should respect the Quran but what is more important is following the message of Quran. isn't it will be hypocrisy that we give so much respect to Quran but do opposite works to what it teaches us?
